Amanda Peskett - Burgess Hill

Roughly about 2 years ago I started attending a weekly 45 minute group training session at the gym with Mike Martin.



Being in my late 40's I seriously needed to lose weight and get fit before I reached that point of no return!



From that point on I started going to the gym on my own but its just not the same and you end up repeating everything in your workout.



When Mike started up his own personal training group classes I jumped at the chance to train with him more often. I now attend 6 to 7 training sessions per week, and Mike makes every one different from the last so you are constantly challenging yourself.



I have lost weight and I am fitter than I have ever been, now being able to achieve things I never thought I could.



Mike is an amazing trainer and a qualified nutritionist and is always on hand to offer good advice. The people are great fun and I have made some good friends there.
