Mike Martin, CPT

Mike is the owner of Personal Training For Health and runs the Insanity™, Kettlercise™, Kettlercise Combat MX™, PiYo™, PiYo 30, Metafit™, Cardio Blast, Kettlercise, Kettlercise 30, Cardio Core, Total Blast & Kettle Blast classes. Mike is an Advanced Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Expert and Clinical Nutritionist who specialises in weight loss and mindset training. 

 

Mike has spent the last 11 years working as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, aerobic instructor and spin instructor since qualifying with Premier Training International in 2008.

Neil Johnson, LicAIDTA

Neil is the Ab Fit, Body Fit, Fusion Fit, Body Fit & Abs, Combat Fit & Dance Fit instructor at Personal Training For Health. Neil started his dance training at 4 years old at local dance schools and went on to perform and choreograph many local shows in and around Haywards Heath, Neil then went on to be a professional performer for several years before training to become a dance teacher with the National Dance Company in London (IDTA and ISTD)

 

Since 2002 Neil’s teaching has included Adult Education, Private Classes, Youth Clubs, Primary and Secondary Schools, Teaching Performing Arts at GCSE and A-Level grades in Spain and Italy and running his own Dance School (N Dance Company) doing annual exams and 2 shows per year in Haywards Heath. His main full time job during this time was as a Teacher Training Manager in London working for the Dance Teachers Academy.

 

Neil also works alongside Mike as an adminstrator for PT For Health.

Sam Jeynes

Sam started training with PT For Health with the overall goal of increasing her fitness levels as well as losing weight. Sam is now a massive 2 1/2 stone lighter after regularly attending our Women’s Only Bootcamps, Insanity™ and Kettlercise™ classes. 

 

Sam also adopted small yet significant changes to her nutrition which enabled her to not only lose the weight but significantly improve her running ability. I (Mike) personally remember a time when Sam and the other Women’s Only Bootcamp crew went for a 3-4 mile run. Sam would be the first to admit how much she struggled during this and other similar runs, but instead of admitting defeat, Sam powered through, kept training and continued onto a terrific level of fitness.

 

Sam’s passion for fitness has grown massively since her personal success and has resulted in her pursuing a career in the fitness industry. Sam runs Boxercise™ and Box 30 classes at PT For Health.

Lucy Stoodley Parker

Lucy has been in the fitness industry for 18 years, qualifying as a fitness instructor in 2000, Lucy has now qualified in an enormous range of specialities including exercise referral, cardiac rehabilitation, Aqua aerobics, pre and post natal training, TRX™ suspension training, spin cycling, Boxercise™ and PiYo™.

 

Lucy has a passion for health and fitness and brings this to PT For Health along with her many years of experience in the fitness industry. Training hundreds of people all of different shapes and sizes. 

 

Lucy runs Metafit™, Total Blast & PiYo™ classes at PT For Health.

Georgia Worsfold

Georgia is our Yoga teacher at PT For Health. Georgia has a passion for Yoga, and has been teaching for over a year now since qualifying. Georgia enjoys teaching several classes a week in different locations and comes extremely well recommended.
